Terms of Service

The service

Packhouse, a product of VMP Agency LLC, provides class pack, membership, booking, and reporting tools for class-based businesses. By installing or using Packhouse you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

Your account and your data

Your customer records remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to put them into Packhouse and for how your staff use the product. We act on your instructions as described in our Privacy Policy.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed at the price shown when you signed up. Fees are for access to the software and are not refunded for partial months, except under the guarantee below. You can uninstall at any time, which stops future billing.

Every Dollar Back Guarantee

We charge the one time setup fee when you sign up. Your first month is charged the day your studio goes live and your team gets their logins, and your 30 days run from that charge.

If you cancel inside those 30 days, for any reason, email support@getpackhouse.com and we refund the first month and the setup fee in full. Access ends when you ask for the refund, so export your member list and balances first. It is self serve from the members screen. Metered usage like texts and calls is not refunded, since it was already spent with the carriers.

The guarantee applies once per business, across all its locations. If you run more than one location, we start with one pilot location and the guarantee covers that pilot. It does not apply to a studio that joined on a free beta, because the free period takes its place.

After 30 days you can cancel any time to stop future billing. Payments already made are not refunded, and you keep access through the end of the month you have paid for.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep Packhouse accurate and available, and bookings are checked against real balances at the moment they are made. Software still has limits. We depend on HighLevel's platform and your configuration being correct, so Packhouse is provided as-is and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Ending service

You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend or end service for non-payment, abuse, or use that breaks the law or HighLevel's own terms, and we will give reasonable notice when we can.

Copyright

If you believe something in Packhouse infringes your copyright, follow the steps at vmpagency.com/dmca. We end the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

Governing law and disputes

If something is wrong, please email support@getpackhouse.com first. Almost everything can be fixed with a conversation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute that does end up in court will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
